">As an Assistant Store Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing customer service leadership, training, and coaching to all store employees alongside the Store Leader. You will also assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs, maintain high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you will need excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills, proficiency in computer knowledge (Microsoft products preferred), and a High School diploma or GED. Additionally, you must have at least one year of Retail Management experience and a valid Driver's License from the state of residence while maintaining automotive liability insurance during course of employment.
