About the Role:

The Housekeeping Attendant is a key member of our housekeeping team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and attention to detail in our guest rooms and public areas. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of Room Attendants in ensuring guest rooms are clean and well-stocked
  • Fulfill guest requests and replenish storage areas
  • Ensure all storage areas have adequate supplies of linen and amenities
  • Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist Room Attendants in stripping dirty linen and running missing items to floors and rooms
