We are seeking a highly skilled Regulated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Salmon Arm, BC.

About the Role:

  • Receiving and transcribing verbal prescriptions from practitioners with high accuracy.
  • Transferring prescriptions to and receiving prescriptions from other pharmacies efficiently.
  • Ensuring that prescriptions are complete and authentic before dispensing.
  • Performing final checks on prepared prescriptions to guarantee accuracy.
  • Carrying out all technical functions related to dispensing prescriptions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dispensary and front store (OTC) area.
  • Providing exceptional customer service at all times, upholding our Always Customer First approach.
  • Adhering to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies.
  • Leading and guiding Pharmacy Assistants and Clerks in their dispensary tasks.

About You:

  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You hold a valid Regulated Pharmacy Technician license and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy dispensary or Kroll computer systems would be an asset.
