About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Textile Production Specialist to join our team at Jumpstart Staffing. This is a full-time position available for sewing operators to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate sewing machines efficiently, ensuring high-quality production
  • Maintain daily machine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
  • Carry out tasks such as loading bobbins, cleaning, and oil checks
  • Inspect materials and parts for defects and fine details

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 months of sewing experience, preferably in an industrial setting
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to remember operations
  • Show a strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and attitude
  • Able to speak and understand English fluently

Work Schedule

The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule, working Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with opportunities for overtime on weekdays and Saturdays.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
