We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at PAVANAA PIZZAS INC. as a key member of our food service operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Oversee the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards of quality and customer service.
Train and Develop StaffProvide training and development opportunities to our staff, helping them to improve their skills and knowledge and to achieve their full potential.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsEnsure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues and ensuring that our customers are satisfied.
Manage Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
Supervise Tray AssemblySupervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that they are presented to our customers in a clean and attractive manner.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for our food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
About YouWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of food service operations.
- 3-4 Years of Experience in Food Service Operations
- Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Attention to Detail and Ability to Multitask
- Flexibility and Ability to Work a Variety of Shifts
