We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at BC Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
- Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Supply Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
