About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining our Infor CloudSuite Distribution (CSD) ERP system and Total Warehouse Logistics (TWL). This will involve working closely with our cross-functional teams to optimize business operations, ensure system integrity, and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the day-to-day activities of the software development team, ensuring project plans and delivery commitments are met.
- Customize and configure Infor CSD and TWL to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve user queries to maintain system stability.
- Perform data management tasks, including inquiries, extracts, reports, and uploads, ensuring data integrity.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within ERP systems.
- Conduct end-user training to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead system upgrades and enhancements, ensuring thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Familiarity with reporting tools and APIs, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is highly desirable.
