The Role
This position requires a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer to lead the design, optimization, and implementation of engineering processes that enhance our clients' operational efficiency and sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions that meet their goals.

Your Background
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering;
- 15+ years of relevant consulting or operating experience in a mining or mill setting;
- Demonstrated background in elements of design or operation of backfill plants (hydraulic fill, paste fill, cemented rockfill) plant, surface tailings disposal systems, underground or surface mine infrastructure, material handling and comminution processes;

Key Responsibilities
- Perform conceptual, feasibility, detailed engineering design work;
- Support the development of laboratory testing protocols;
- Support laboratory / process team research and development initiatives;
- Perform field work, data analysis and calculations;
- Responsible for developing, writing, and/or reviewing equipment specifications;
- Provide mentoring to junior employees;
- Write and review proposals technical memorandum and reports;
- Perform Project Management or Engineering Management duties as required;
- Perform audits and troubleshooting of existing mine infrastructure;
- May be required to provide on-site support supervision in construction setting;
- Ability to drive plant commissioning activities;
- Follow Health and Safety responsibilities under all applicable government legislations and Golder policies and procedures;
