We are seeking a dynamic Sales Development Specialist to join our team at BlueSky Personnel Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Proactively generate qualified leads through strategic cold calling and outreach.
- Identify and engage with new prospects, converting them into valuable clients.
- Effectively present and promote innovative products and services.
- Meticulously manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators.
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with the team to drive overall success.
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline management.
- A results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets.
- Prior sales experience in the medical, healthcare, or related field is a significant asset.
