Bar Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Bartender to join our team at Baba Q's Smoke & Grill Restaurant Ltd. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and maintain the bar area, including glassware and draft beer systems.
- Serve food and snacks to patrons, as well as recommend drink pairings.
- Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to exacting standards.
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons, ensuring prompt and efficient service.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment is required.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- A strong understanding of mixology principles and techniques is essential.
- You should have a certification in Bartending or Mixology, and be familiar with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- A competitive salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
