Retail Store Manager

AANCHAL FASHION is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering merchandise, maintaining stock levels, and organizing inventory.
- Authorize returns and exchanges, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and regulations.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, inventory reports, and other relevant documentation as required.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales goals, implement visual merchandising displays, and maintain store appearance.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicate them to the sales team.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
