Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Credit Manager to join our team at Aplin. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and investigating compliance issues, authorizing loan and credit applications, and overseeing the preparation of reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Identify and investigate compliance issues related to credit and risk management
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Credit and Loan Management
    • Authorize loan and credit applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate
    • Review and analyze credit reports to determine creditworthiness
  • Reporting and Communication
    • Oversee the preparation of reports related to credit and risk management
    • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in credit and risk management
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and detail-oriented
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
