Your Opportunity:

The Senior Health and Safety Advisor will play a key role in supporting leadership in driving safety culture, participation, and implementation of the safety management system within the Ontario Region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with operations project managers and leadership to achieve goals, develop project safety plans, and implement the safety management system
* Develop and implement regional safety strategies and initiatives focused on enhancing safety culture, knowledge, and performance
* Facilitate and manage COR certification for Ontario

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in health and safety, preferably in the construction sector or engineering consulting
* Proven ability to build trusted relationships and partnerships with operations leadership
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience speaking in front of large groups
