Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Tool Specialist to join our team at Next Level Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing on-site installation, repairs, and maintenance of CNC Machine Tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Maintenance
  • Provide detailed and accurate service reports and documentation.
  • Maintain all company-provided equipment, including tools and company service vehicle.
  • Ensure customer equipment performs at an optimal level of quality and efficiency.
  • Investigate customer complaints and perform analysis to determine the cause of the problem.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills:
  • Experience in technical field support - machine tools, automation, or electromechanical controls.
  • CNC programming knowledge is a preferred asset.
About You:
  • You must have excellent communication skills and be able to travel within Eastern Canada but predominantly in Southern Ontario.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience.
