Warehouse Operations Manager

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work. Additionally, they will resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. The Warehouse Supervisor will also train workers in duties and policies, coordinate and assign work, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies. This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
