A valid driver's license and proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam, are essential requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage tenant construction services, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including leasing, development, and property management, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including logs, tracking summaries, and drawings.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and internal teams.

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in design, project coordination, or administration.
