About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and supplies to ensure consistency and excellence in our dishes.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
    • Mentor and develop junior chefs to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
  • Kitchen Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are following proper food safety and handling procedures.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive dining experience.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
