About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically demanding individual to join our team at Excellent Furnace Cleaning Ltd as a Furnace Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating cleaning machines, cleaning soot and creosote from chimneys and fireplaces, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cleaning equipment to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of furnaces and chimneys
  • Clean soot and creosote from chimneys and fireplaces, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Clean ducts, vents, and filters of furnaces, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
  • Clean building exteriors, tanks, chimneys, and industrial equipment, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we provide on-the-job training
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting heavy equipment and working at heights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Client-focused and efficient, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
