Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per year
Job DescriptionAs an Electronic Warfare Technician with the Canadian Armed Forces, you will be responsible for intercepting and analyzing electronic transmissions, including foreign communications. You will use highly sophisticated equipment to collect, process, and report on electromagnetic activity on radio frequency.
- You will manage and protect computer networks, ensuring information technology is secure and confidential.
- You will utilize and maintain classified publications, requiring a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

You will work in a high-security, restricted-access facility, using advanced technology to analyze and interpret complex data. As a member of the Canadian Armed Forces, you will be part of a dynamic and diverse team, working together to achieve common goals.
TrainingTo become an Electronic Warfare Technician, you will undergo rigorous training at the Canadian Forces Leadership and Recruit School in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec. This training provides the basic core skills and knowledge common to all trades, as well as specialized training in electronic warfare techniques.
Part Time OptionsAs a Reserve Force member, you will have the opportunity to work part-time for a Reserve unit in your community, or volunteer for deployment on a military mission within or outside Canada.
