About the Role

Bounce Padel Courts LTD is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in the fabrication and repair of metal parts and products. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, examining welds, and ensuring they meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret Welding Process Specifications: Read and understand welding process specifications to ensure accurate and safe execution of tasks.
  • Examine Welds: Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Determine Weldability of Materials: Assess the suitability of materials for welding and recommend alternatives when necessary.
  • Operate Welding Machines: Safely operate welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Work with Various Materials: Work with steel, iron, and heavy metals, as well as other materials as required.
  • Apply Welding Techniques: Apply MIG welding techniques to achieve high-quality welds.
  • Maintain Equipment: Maintain and repair gas welding machines, grinders, and other equipment as needed.
  • Work in a Production Environment: Work in a fast-paced production environment, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Meet Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
  • Handle Weights: Handle weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs) safely and efficiently.
  • Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
