About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure clients have a smooth transition to the National Branch.
  • Adhere to branch protocol when providing investment advice to clients to help meet investment objectives.
  • Manage existing client relationships and actively promote the products and services.
  • Adhere to all firm and regulatory policies by remaining up to date with regulatory rules and trading activities.
  • Display a high level of integrity and professionalism in all dealings with internal and external clients.
  • Actively share knowledge and experience to enhance development of the team and participate in meetings.
Requirements
  • Successfully completed the CSC, CPH and 30 day IRT Training (RR Licensing preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills & client service focused.
  • Superior time management & organizational skills.
  • A clear understanding of all industry and firm compliance regulations.
  • Strong self-management and results orientation as the role has many administrative duties.
  • Proficiency in ScotiaMcLeod trading and account management systems considered an asset.
