About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in the automotive industry? At Carquest Canada, we're seeking a talented Retail Sales Leadership Manager to join our team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career advancement and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store assets, including cash, inventory, vehicles, furniture, fixtures, expenses, and payroll to achieve profit plan goals.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with district sales leadership and store operations teams to implement sales campaigns and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of related retail sales leadership experience in the auto parts industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, employees, and senior leadership.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to read financial reports.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some post-secondary education preferred.
