Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team at INDUSTRIOS Software Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and test software applications using various programming languages, including C#, Visual Basic, and Excel VBA.
  • Maintain and improve existing software systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and develop technical solutions to meet those needs.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and software products to recommend their adoption and integration into our systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers, and contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure that all code meets the company's coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong background in programming languages, software design patterns, and software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of MS SQL Server and database design principles.
