Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Vocation Therapist to join our team in Fredericton or Moncton, NB. As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with ophthalmologists, optometrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to promote independence and participation in daily activities
  • Providing individual and group training programs to enhance client skills and confidence
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists
  • Related professional experience, preferably in community-based settings
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Familiarity with computer software programs and adaptive technology
