We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Cobs Bread. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and sweet goods.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake and decorate products to meet established standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Ensure the quality of products meets established standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to distinguish between colours.
- Attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Overtime required.
