Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment by adhering to company policies and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by being available to assist customers and answering their questions.
  • Assist with Stocking and Processing: Assist with stocking the sales floor and processing merchandise, including labeling and placing overstock merchandise.
  • Contribute to a Positive Team Environment: Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities is essential.
  • Physical Demands: The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous Experience in a Warehouse or Stock Unloading Environment: Previous experience in a warehouse or stock unloading environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems: Knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
