We're seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying and researching potential clients within the target market.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Promoting HWO Agency's services to potential clients and qualifying leads as sales opportunities.
  • Scheduling meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and sales executives.
  • Reporting on weekly/monthly sales results and preparing forecasts.

 

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the marketing or digital agency sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
