KTI Limited is seeking a self-starting Field Quality Assurance Specialist to join its QA team. As a Field Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of installations in the Kelowna and Lower Mainland areas.

The successful candidate will have supervisor experience and excellent communication skills. You will be working independently, but may occasionally lead a team of up to 12 technicians. Your duties will include reporting on installation quality, tracking issues, and identifying errors resulting from poor installations.

This is a full-time position with a salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per year. Additional benefits include an auto allowance, company benefits program after three months, and opportunities for advancement within KTI Limited.

As a Field Quality Assurance Specialist, your day will be filled with visiting sites to confirm that installations meet standards, supporting installers as needed, and managing quality issues. You will also be responsible for developing corrective measures to address quality issues and training new installers.
