Wealth Management Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and email interactions
  • Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for advisors to enhance their business development efforts
  • Efficiently manage transactions related to investment accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, adhering to compliance and risk management protocols
  • Coordinate advisor agendas, schedule appointments, and prepare for client meetings

Your Benefits:

As a Wealth Management Associate, you'll be eligible for a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness programs, flexible group insurance, a generous pension plan, and employee share ownership plan, among others.
