We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety and Compliance Advisor to join our team as an HSE Advisor. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the firm's HSE culture and providing on-site support to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Supporting the risk assessment process and developing safe work procedures
  • Leading investigations following incidents
  • Supporting the COR audit process
  • Assisting in continuous improvement of the CIMA+ HSE management system
  • Developing training programs and facilitating training sessions

You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices in Western Canada.
