The successful candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of CRM systems and Salesforce's capabilities. With technical skills and attention to detail, they will be responsible for managing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our CRM platform.

Responsibilities

This role involves serving as a system administrator for the Salesforce environment. Key responsibilities include handling user account maintenance, permissions, public groups, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards. The specialist will also build and optimize flows, page layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, validation rules, and troubleshoot system issues when necessary. Additionally, they will implement processes, automations, and new features when required. Regular audits of Production/Sandbox environments and identification of opportunities to streamline and improve processes are also essential tasks.

Requirements

We require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Certified Salesforce Administrator. A university degree or diploma in a technical subject is desirable. Strong data management abilities and experience working in a fast-paced environment are highly valued. Excellent relationship-building, communication skills, and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels are essential. Previous experience working with integrated applications such as AWS Connect, Adobe Sign, Conga, Celigo, NetSuite, LinkSquares, Gong, Outreach, and Mailchimp is preferred.
