Process Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Specialist to join our team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence in our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Quality: Proactively promote and enforce safe work habits among employees, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Recipe Management: Lead the development and implementation of recipes to ensure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to production staff on new processes and procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, working closely with production teams, supervisors, and management to achieve business objectives.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of process improvement and quality control.
- Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and OSI PI software.
