We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ingonish Harbour Resort Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including market research, competitor analysis, and campaign execution.
Brand ManagementManage and maintain the company's brand identity, including logo, visual elements, and messaging, to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Content CreationDevelop and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters, to engage with customers and promote the company's products and services.
Marketing CampaignsDesign and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach and acquire new customers, including email marketing, social media advertising, and event marketing.
Team CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Performance AnalysisMonitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, to inform data-driven decision making.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
SkillsStrong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
