About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window and Door Assembler to join our team at Team Global Inc. as a Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating windows and doors to meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Work Area: Ensure a safe and organized workspace by cleaning and preparing the area for production.
  • Operate Machinery: Safely operate machinery to fabricate parts and products, including loading, feeding, and placing materials into the machine.
  • Inspect and Assemble: Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications, and assemble parts and components to form final products.
  • Use Hand Tools: Utilize hand tools to sand, trim, grind, or clean products into their final form.
  • Meet Quality Standards: Ensure that all products meet our quality standards by carefully inspecting and assembling each item.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is physically demanding and requires repetitive tasks.
