About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Payment Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing payment certificates and invoices for capital and operating projects.

Responsibilities
  • Review and process payment certificates and invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with senior financial analysts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and purchasing to resolve financial-related issues.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and other documents as required.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, combined with at least five years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
