Job Summary

As a Financial Services Representative at National Bank, you will play a key role in supporting Financial Planners in their administrative investment activities. This includes optimizing interactions with clients, using an advisory approach to detect opportunities, and proposing transaction and investment solutions. You will also ensure compliance with processes and implementation of new features. If you have a passion for customer service and business development, this role may be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Optimize interactions with clients on technical, administrative, and operational aspects of their investment transactions.
* Use an advisory approach to detect opportunities and refer clients to the right specialist.
* Propose transaction and investment solutions when analyzing client files, if required.
* Support Financial Planners in data analysis and solving complex files to satisfy clients.
* Ensure compliance with processes used and the implementation of new features.

Requirements

* High school diploma and 3 years of relevant experience or college diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
* Mutual Fund Representative (MFR) license (or obtain certification within 3 months of hiring).
* Experience in customer service and interest in business development.
* Basic investment knowledge.
* Experience in administrative support and in processing investment, financing, and transaction products.
* Proficient with IT tools and comfortable navigating digital tools.
* Ability to rigorously manage several requests at the same time.
