Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team at Eminent Plumbing & Heating Ltd. as a Plumbing System Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in various locations. This is a permanent position offering 35 to 40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing to ensure efficient water supply and waste management
  • Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size using specialized equipment
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement or soldering, brazing and welding equipment
  • Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes and fixtures in walls and floors
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the trade
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
