The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results. Key responsibilities include:
* Servicing a book of clients by providing personalized support and identifying revenue growth opportunities
* Collaborating with the team to ensure timely completion of account reviews and proactive outreach to cancelled business
* Identifying additional revenue streams through increased coverage, account rounding, and policy feature additions
* Building strong relationships with clients by listening to their needs and providing tailored solutions
* Completing 100% of assigned account reviews each week, including reviewing potential discounts and coverage gaps
* Providing outstanding inbound service on claims, billing questions, and endorsements
* Managing client expectations and following up as required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in personal lines account management
* A nurturing personality, patience, politeness, and a passion for serving customers
* Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* The ability to work efficiently and independently
