Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating services for patient care. This includes performing clinical preventative hygiene services, such as scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride application, pit and fissure sealants, and whitening.
The ideal candidate will also serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on proper oral hygiene practices. Additionally, they will establish and maintain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on each patient's unique needs and expectations.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Perform clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and topical fluoride application
- Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Establish and maintain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on each patient's unique needs and expectations
- Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree from an accredited institution
- Current registration as a Registered Dental Hygienist in good standing with provincial licensing
- Valid CPR certification
