About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tire Repair Technician to join our team at H M T T R U C K S A L E S C E N T R E L T D. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist mechanics and perform other duties as directed to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.
  • Change engine oil and lubricate running gears or moving parts of automobiles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance and extend the lifespan of our vehicles.
  • Provide on-site services to our customers, including tire repair and replacement, to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Repair and balance tires to ensure safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.
  • Replace oil, air, and fuel filters on motor vehicles, trucks, and heavy equipment to maintain optimal performance and reduce maintenance costs.
Requirements
  • Ability to distinguish between colors to accurately identify and repair tire damage.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate and efficient work.
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods to perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Physically demanding work in a dusty and noisy environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) to perform tasks such as tire replacement and equipment maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and conditions.
