Job Title: Head Baker

We are seeking a skilled Head Baker to lead our bakery operations at COBS Bread Bakery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing dough, batters, and icings for a variety of baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent quality standards.
  • Operate and maintain equipment to optimize production efficiency.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.

Requirements:
