Job Summary:

The Business Analyst plays an integral role in our strategic and operational capability at Electricenergyonline. The Business Analyst works as part of a service group who act as a resource base for all functional areas of the company. This enables Analysts to gain exposure to many areas of Electricenergyonline's business and develop a broad-based experience that prepares them for a variety of other growth-oriented roles in the company. The successful candidate will need strong SQL and analytical skills, initiative, and teamwork to ensure production support issues are tended to timely and swiftly with the goal of minimizing downtime and impact to Electricenergyonline operations and revenue. The successful candidate will have a blend of highly analytical skills, proficiency in systems with a view to full automation, and soft skills to work with business partners. This role will require the Business Analysts to lead or participate in projects such as technology upgrades, system migrations, and business process improvement initiatives. Cross functionally, the position works with the Sales, Sales Operations, Pricing, Regulatory, Legal, Customer Service, and Operations teams to coordinate and ensure assignments are executed successfully. This role is highly visible across the company and will require a driven leader to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain business processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators

• Provide analytical support to business stakeholders to inform decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in a business analyst role

• Strong SQL and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

• Experience with business process improvement initiatives
