About the Job
This Estimator - ICI Commercial Construction position involves working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and scope details. You will also conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations on cost-effective solutions. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, materials, and construction methods.

Key Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in estimating within the ICI Commercial construction sector in the Greater Toronto area
• Experience with complex construction projects, including banks and institutional buildings
• Strong knowledge of tendering processes and bid preparation
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
