Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Cha Baa Thai Restaurant Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals and dishes for customers and patients
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliability, dependability, and flexibility
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a restaurant setting in an urban area, with public transportation available. The work environment will be fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
