Career Overview:
This Supervisory role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a key contributor in one of our stores. As a Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager in achieving business objectives and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and guidance to Team Members to enhance their performance and skills.
- Manage inventory levels, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising to ensure an attractive and well-maintained store environment.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to set goals, prioritize tasks, and drive results-oriented behavior among Team Members.
- Support the management of customer service standards, employee conduct, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and data entry as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is required; some college or university education is preferred.
