Job Summary

SP Manpower Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Officer to join our team. As a key member of our staffing department, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented to our clients
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and coordinate the selection process
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to meet our clients' needs
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
