Supervisor, Work Coordination Lead

As the Supervisor, Work Coordination, you will lead and provide direction to the Planning, Scheduling, Warehouse, and Expeditor teams. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and execution of new projects, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and customer service work across ATCO Electric's operations.

Foster a Safety-First Culture

  • Lead by example and actively support safety leadership initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Human Resources and union representatives to resolve issues effectively.

Oversee Team Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled team.
  • Manage workflow and set clear performance goals, ensuring team members are well-informed and engaged.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Administer budgeting and financial aspects for the team, strategically planning for both immediate and future needs.
  • Develop and oversee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on team performance.

Community Engagement

  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with community leaders, stakeholders, and customer representatives to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
