Marketing Director Job Description

Lepine Apartments is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to oversee the execution of marketing projects, manage resources, and drive results across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, management, and execution of multiple marketing projects, ensuring timely and effective completion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Prioritize and balance competing projects, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Lead the coordination of various marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media, while ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and decision-making.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to streamline project workflows and increase team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams and contractors.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and techniques to track progress and manage resources.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
