Job Overview

Mile High Poutine is seeking a seasoned Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to lead our team and contribute to the success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining a positive work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, prioritizing their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, utilizing data to inform inventory decisions and optimize supply chain efficiency.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, plus gratuities. Our full-time employees work 40 hours per week and enjoy a permanent work term with Mile High Poutine.
