Process and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize technology, such as Microsoft Office, to maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks.
Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve goals and objectives, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute.
Availability to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility in start and finish times.
Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
